This website and its email service are hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS processes data on our behalf where required for hosting and operating the website.

3. Contact and wedding enquiries
Contact form and email
If you contact us through the enquiry form or by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond and, where applicable, prepare an offer or contract. Depending on what you enter, this may include your name, your partner's name, email address, telephone number, wedding date, location, type of ceremony, requested coverage and your message.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR when your enquiry concerns a possible booking or contract. For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding to messages. Where you have separately given consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies.
The form submission is sent to our IONOS-hosted email mailbox. Fields marked as optional do not have to be completed.
Telephone and WhatsApp
If you contact us by telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. WhatsApp is operated in the European Economic Area by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. When you choose to open WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes data under its own responsibility and may process data outside the European Economic Area.
You are not required to use WhatsApp. You may contact us by email instead. More information is available in the WhatsApp privacy policy.
4. Wedding films, YouTube and social media
YouTube videos
Wedding films may be provided through YouTube. The website uses a click-to-load solution and the privacy-enhanced YouTube domain where technically possible. No YouTube player is requested when the page first loads. A connection to YouTube is established only after you actively start a video.
After activation, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser information, the page visited and information about playback. If you are signed in to a Google account, Google may associate this activity with your account. Data may also be processed in countries outside the European Economic Area.
Activation is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG where information is stored on or accessed from your device. Consent may be withdrawn for the future by reloading the page and not activating the video again. See the Google privacy policy for more information.
Instagram and external social-media links
This website contains links to our Instagram profile and may contain links to our YouTube channel. A connection to those platforms is generally established only when you click a link or activate embedded content. The providers then process data under their own responsibility.

IONOS WebAnalytics
IONOS WebAnalytics is used as part of the IONOS hosting service. It processes the referrer, requested page or file, browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an anonymized IP address for statistical evaluation and technical optimisation of the website. According to IONOS, the IP address is anonymized immediately after transmission, WebAnalytics does not use cookies and no personally identifiable visitor profiles are created.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the statistical evaluation and technical improvement of the website.
No advertising tracking
This website currently does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable advertising and marketing tracking. It does not set non-essential cookies of its own. For that reason, no general cookie-consent banner is currently displayed.
Third-party services may store or access information after you actively open an external platform or activate a third-party video, as described above. If the website's technology changes, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before the relevant service is activated.
6. Retention, recipients and security
Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Enquiry data is kept while the enquiry is being handled and, where necessary, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If a booking or contract results, relevant information may be kept for the duration of the business relationship and for applicable commercial and tax-law retention periods.
Data is deleted when its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligation or overriding legitimate reason requires further storage.
Recipients
Data is shared only where necessary. Recipients may include hosting and email providers acting on our behalf, technical service providers and public authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal data.
